Sorry I've been away awhile, summer has been busy.  I have decided to go small for my next model.  This little mare is 1:24th scale, so schleich accessories can be used with her.  She is a solid durable model.  Hope you like her.

Larger velour model

I have decided to try my hand at making a larger scale model.  This lovely lady is 1:6 scale.  I have made her from velour plush fabric.  I have made her some English style tack.  She has taken me quite a while to make, that's why I have been away for a while.  I have really enjoyed working in this scale.  I think Barbie had fun riding her.  Hope you like her.

New solid models

Taken me awhile to take photos of this new bunch.  My usual camera is broken, so haven't got the usual quality pic's.  All my models are now soild and durable.  I'm making a gypsy vanner at the moment.  Must admit I am really enjoying make these solid horses.  Hope you like them.

This is Tolkin the Clydesdale gelding.

And last but not least is Evie the little show pony mare

Sorry for not posting

I have been busy making models and doing all the normal humdrum stuff.  Time really does fly, I forget to just take a moment to update my blog.  All of my models are now solid, which I have been really enjoying.  I have another four models coming up for sale shortly.  Hope to take photos in the next couple of days.  Please continue to visit and I will try to post more often.

New batch

Sorry I have been away for a while.  Still been busy sewing, just not a lover of taking photos of them all.  I have been experimenting with some hardeners to make my models solid.  I have finally found a medium that is working really well.  All my models will be made using it from now on.  Not all of this batch have been made using the new medium.  I have tried some other ways first.  Hope this make sense.  I have also made another rider doll.
Here they are, hope you like them.
This is Teddy the Shetland pony.  He is the last soft model I made.
This is flame.  She is semi hard, not made from the new medium.

This Paige the shire, she is made the same way as Flame.
This is Brooke.  She is made from the new medium which make her very solid.
This is Ava the show cob, made from the new hardener.

Below is the rider I made.

Forgot to mention that I decided to add authentification tags to my model, think it adds a lovely touch.  Here is what they look like

These are the models I have been making through the stressful move.  Finally got round to taking photos of them all.  These little guys are a real stress buster.  Have been playing with some new scenery, which I think worked quite well.  Not even started to think about Christmas yet.  Must get my finger out.  I looking to get a stable set up next year.  Well here are the new nags.
First up is Harley the Welsh pony.
